Terms of use

Last updated · June 2, 2026

01 · Overview

These Terms govern your use of the CureData website and workbench (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Additional terms may apply to commercial agreements.

02 · Demo use & data handling

The demo is intentionally browser-local; see the Privacy page for specifics.

  • CSV/XLSX/JSON files are processed locally during your session.
  • Uploaded content is never sent to CureData servers.
  • Anonymous analytics may record basic usage signals. No file contents.

03 · License & intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for evaluation. The UI, documentation, examples, rule definitions, and branding are owned by CureData.

04 · Rule packs & examples

Sample schemas and rule packs are provided for demonstration and educational use. They are offered "as is" and may not cover your compliance obligations or edge cases. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any examples before production use.

05 · Acceptable use

Use the Service responsibly:

  • Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the Service.
  • Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not use the Service to build a direct competing product or for public benchmarks without consent.

06 · Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CureData disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

07 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureData and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred (100) USD.

08 · Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

09 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at your place of residence, unless superseded by mandatory law or a written agreement.
