Last updated: December 6, 2025
1) Overview
These Terms govern your use of the CureData website and demo (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are concise and intended for the demo experience; additional or different terms may apply to commercial agreements.
2) Demo use & data handling
- The demo processes CSV/XLSX/JSON files locally in your browser during your session.
- Uploaded content is not sent to CureData servers and is not persisted by us.
- Optional anonymous analytics may record basic usage (e.g., page views, browser type). No file contents are captured.
- For details, see our Privacy Policy.
3) License & intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the demo for evaluation purposes. The Service, including the UI, documentation, examples, rule definitions, and branding, is owned by CureData and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
4) Rule packs & examples
Sample schemas and rule packs are provided for demonstration and educational use. They are offered “as is” and may not cover your compliance obligations or edge cases. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any examples before use in production systems.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark for publication without consent.
6) Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CureData disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that validations, outputs, or examples are complete, accurate, or error-free.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureData and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred (100) USD.
8) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless superseded by mandatory law. If you are evaluating CureData on behalf of a company, the governing law will be that of the company’s principal place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
